Provision of Hotel services

We process your personal data to provide you Hotel services, including provision of accommodation. If you fail to provide necessary personal data, you will not be able to receive our services. We are bound by statutory hotel obligations, including obligation to identify our customer, i.e. we are obliged to determine whether you are the person you claim to be.

We store personal data from customer registration sheets for two years.

We conduct video surveillance and process your personal data when you are in the territory and premises of our Hotel, for your personal and our staff, customer and property security purposes. In our systems, video surveillance records are stored for up to thirty days.

We collect personal data you give us before provision of our service, as well as when you visit our Hotel territory and rooms (video surveillance) or our website (cookies), as well as when you apply for advertising and information materials.

If you order our service through our cooperation partners (for example, Booking.com, travel agents, operators), we will collect data from these partners to provide our service to you.

To whom do we transfer your personal data?

In order to fulfil our commitments to you (for example, to provide booking of accommodation), we give your personal data to companies that provide outsourced services. We thoroughly inspect all outsourced service providers (personal data controllers) who process your personal data on behalf and the instruction of us. We assess whether outsourced service providers apply appropriate security measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with our tasks, guidance, instructions and statutory requirements. These companies are not authorized to use your personal data for any other purpose.

Law enforcement agencies, state and municipal authorities

In order to comply with statutory requirements, we may transfer your personal data to law enforcement agencies (for example, police), as well as to state and municipal authorities upon their request. We may also transfer your personal data to law enforcement agencies (for example, courts), as well as to state and local authorities to defend our legal interests by making, submitting and maintaining legal claims.
